Chicago hotels are overcrowded in September 2004.  The Arrangements Committee, headed by Ann Kenis, was forced to find a new hotel for the annual meeting.  This necessitated a change of date.  The date for the September Chicago meeting is September 10-11, 2004, at Le Meridien.  There will be training seminars on the afternoon of September 9, 2004, for new referees and new representatives from labor and management.  John LaRocco and his Program Committee are busy at work.  Mark your calendars!
