"CHICAGO MEETING BEST EVER!"

     The compliments about our September meeting keep rolling in.  Management and labor added their kudos to those of 60 veteran and novice referees.  The big question was, "When are you going to do this again?"  The answer is September 5-6, 2003, at the Wyndham in downtown Chicago.  Jim Conway is the Program Chair (conway333@aol.com).  Our dinner on Friday evening will be at Maggiano's, 516 North Clark Street.
     The National Mediation Board was in full attendance, and the Board promises to return and continue the discussion about video conferencing and CD applications to briefs.  Any suggestions you have are most welcome.
