2003
CONFERENCE A SUCCESS!
Exciting
things are always happening at the National
Association of Railroad Referees. The
successful 2003 conference has led to requests for
training, a committee to study expedited
arbitration, and plans for a new resource manual for
Section III Practitioners. Special thanks to
Jim Conway and Ann Kenis for their many hours of
work on Program 2003.
AN
ENDORSEMENT OF OUR 2003 CONFERENCE
"I
wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you and the
NARR officers for orchestrating such an excellent
meeting and seminar in Chicago. The speakers
were every informative and each topic was
substantive. The seminar was an excellent way
to share the perspectives by arbitration
professionals, labor representatives and
managers. I feel I learned a great deal from
the meeting. I look forward to attending the
meeting next year."---Mr. Tim Martin Hort,
Manager Labor Relations and Human Resources, The
Belt Railway Company of Chicago.
